Challenges 1: In the Evans West Development project there were multiple instances where we found out that the drywall fixes required to be changed.Over the course of the project, the design change occurred 3-4 times, due to which we had to revise both the modeling and the panel drawings.
Solution 1: We checked the metal framings and studs' clashes with other elements (slabs, windows, finishes, etc.) and assisted the client in performing the required design changes. In the process, we raised RFIs and communicated with the client through weekly review meetings. We took the client's suggestion before dealing with any coordination issues.
Challenges 2: The Evans West Denver project had a very tight timeline and delivery schedule. We were required to submit the 650-panel drawings along with the model in just a few weeks.
Solution 2: Our team finished all the submissions as per the client's timescale and milestones set for the project. We took the help of drawing tools and functional add-ins to perform the job more efficiently.
