Challenges Faced & Resolution:

Challenge 1: Frequent design changes, tight deadlines, additional scope, and cost constraints were some of the challenges that we faced while working on the project.

Solution 1: The team had weekly review and coordination meetings with clients regarding the changes and additions. We also highlighted issues along with probable solutions to get a quick resolution. Did resource planning to meet any urgent work requirements from the site.

Challenge 2: The modeling work began without a finalized design.

Solution 2: With our expertise in working on projects for BIM in Healthcare Industry and BIM services for electrical contractors, we performed a comprehensive and detailed review of all documents to pinpoint significant design conflicts or find out any missing information. This thorough review considerably aided in structuring the work sequence effectively.

Pinnacle's Value Addition:

With our high-end expertise in providing BIM Services for Hospitals in the USA, we worked on defining and implementing sustainable application practices to help the client achieve optimum results with the project. We implemented Revit TM with BIM interoperability tools and in-house automation add-ins to generate unique IDs for all 220,000+ Assets in our LOD 500 intelligent model. Also, minimized the number of bends as much as possible and optimized the total length of conduits by determining the shortest possible route.
