Evit East Campus is an Educational Building project having G+2 Floors located in Mesa, Arizona United States of America. The project area is approximately 20012 sq. ft. The main requirement for this project typically included Reinforcement Detailing and Bar Bending Schedule.

This helped the client get detailed functional input and structural workflow for the construction work to efficiently take control of the building for ongoing monitoring and future expansion.
The work scope of the East Valley Institute of Technology project covered overall building elements of Footing, Foundation Wall, SOG, Pier & Site elements. It further included 2D Rebar Shop Drawing & BBS with the use of Rebar CAD Software version 2021. Nearly 20012 sq ft was under the scope of work.

Challenge : The project at the educational institution in Arizona USA required a fast-paced job with quick turnaround, however, there were missing information which tended to delay the progress. Also, the detailing was complex due to multiple steps and size changes on the foundation. Also, the pouring sequence was not clear.
Solution : Our team used the best possible assumptions based on past experiences for rebar detailing services, which prevented the delay and helped the client take quick calls on our assumptions. Moreover, looking at the complexity, our team tried to simplify the detailing and arranged the bars in a manner so that there was minimal effect on the pouring sequence change.
With our high-end proficiency in providing BIM services in concrete reinforcing and rebar detailing, we offered the extensive bar list based on their compatibility with the fabrication unit. So that it can be directly imported for fabrication without going through any conversion or additional effort, thereby saving a lot of time and cost.
