Expanding Our Global Engineering Center of Excellence

    CSR

Phase II builds upon Phase I of our Global Engineering Center of Excellence. It became operational in July 2023 and spans 180,000 sq. ft., supporting 2,000 engineers and architects in delivering world-class engineering design, digital construction, and Digital Twin projects. We have further added 160,000 sq. ft. to our Madurai campus. It now accommodates 4,000+ professionals working on global giga-projects using high-detail 3D modeling and advanced construction automation.

Our ability to execute large-scale global infrastructure and complex projects has now increased. Based in India, we directly provide BIM coordination, Digital Twin development, and precise construction workflows for AECO projects worldwide. This growth also creates 2,000 additional high-value engineering jobs in Tamil Nadu, establishing Madurai as a strategic hub for digital engineering delivery.

Planning Long-Term Growth with Our Sustainable Ecosystem

The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu also laid the foundation stone for sustainable employee housing on our campus. It is designed to accommodate approximately 1,200 professionals.

Just like the rest of our campus, the employee housing design includes biophilic planning principles that help to merge natural landscapes into everyday living and working environments. We have included spaces dedicated to recreation, wellness, and community-driven activities in the design. These layouts are carefully planned to enhance the quality of life while supporting productivity and collaboration.

The campus has conserved more than 60% of its natural flora and fauna. It retains a naturally occurring canyon on the site and uses it as a reservoir for surface runoff. This supports sustainable water management and protects the region’s geological identity. The campus has been officially recognized on the Autodesk Sustainability Report for its leadership in sustainable digital infrastructure.

Facilitating Hands-On Science Education for the Innovators of Tomorrow

      CSR

We have long been bridging the gap between textbook learning and real-world applications of knowledge with our CSR initiative, the not-for-profit organization, Ankuran Foundation. February 21st further marked the beginning of a new journey as the Hon’ble CM of Tamil Nadu, Thiru. M.K. Stalin inaugurated the Ankuran Science Centre, Madurai.

Bringing together infrastructure development and educational transformation, we are now a step closer to preparing young learners for an AI-driven future. As artificial intelligence and advanced technologies begin to remodel STEM-based industries, science education must also evolve accordingly.

The Ankuran Science Centre in Madurai will directly benefit more than 11,000 students across 27 schools in and around the district. It comes equipped with advanced AI and simulation labs. On top of state-of-the-art labs for STEM subjects, it features sky-gazing spaces to nurture interest in astronomy. The centre offers hands-on education modules that encourage discovery and learning through experimentation and observation.

With the inauguration and foundation-stone-laying ceremonies, our next chapter of transformation goes beyond infrastructure expansion. It is about building digital capability and preparing future talent – all from one integrated ecosystem.
