Job Roles and Responsibilities:-

As a BIM Trainer, you will:

  • Design and deliver high-quality technical and software training programs
  • Create engaging learning assets including presentations, e-learning modules, manuals, and job aids
  • Deliver hands-on training on BIM tools, workflows, and emerging technologies
  • Lead and support Autodesk Training Center (ATC) certified and non-certified programs
  • Conduct internal and external (client-facing) training sessions professionally
  • Support client onboarding, upskilling, and process standardization initiatives
  • Track training effectiveness, analyze feedback, and continuously improve training programs
  • Collaborate with project teams during software rollouts, upgrades, and process changes

Preferred Background:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and Civil.
  • Prior hands-on experience in training coordination and BIM training is preferred.

Job description:

  • In charge of the BIM Team consisting of Modellers.
  • Manage the process of exchange, collaboration, and coordination of BIM data with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Lead in BIM implementation, Standards, Modelling workflow & methodologies during project design, construction, and handover.
  • Actively promote advanced and innovative BIM-based methodologies towards integrated practice,
  • Prepare, execute, and maintain BIM strategies and plans.
  • Support and provide review on BIM Project Models, workflows, and methodologies to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering with working experience in construction, design, drafting, or service coordination.
  • Preferred to have LTA/PUB project experience.
  • Preferred to have working experience with Bentley Software.
  • At least 5 years of BIM coordination/management experience in the relevant industry for large-scale projects, preferably civil engineering projects.
  • Self-motivated, able to assume responsibility, and able to handle pressure.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
