Ankuram & Vigyan Jyoti Centres

First Generation Learners (FGL) find school education more difficult than their non-first generation counterparts. Assistance in completing the homework or helping them to understand the class room study makes their study experience smooth and easy.

Considering this need, Pinnacle Infotech Solutions (PIS) has set up ‘Remedial Class Room’ for Class 1 to Class IV under the ANKURAM initiative in the tribal villages of Kanksa Block of West Bardhhaman.

At present we have 14 ANKURAM centres with 350+ students. The Graduate students of the respective villages take the classes. Frequency of the classes are thrice a week, 2 hours each we provide food supplements & stationery kits to every student.

In Vigyan Jyoti, we have set up remedial classes for Class V-Class X. (Science subject). Only BSc/ MSc degree holders take the classes. Frequency of the classes are thrice a week, 2 hours each. We provide food supplements & stationery kits to every student. At present we have 2 Vigyan Jyoti centres with 30 students.

Skill Development

Skill development is an agile tool through which people on the margins can be absorbed into the formal economy in a sustainable way.

Sal Leaf Plate Manufacturing Unit Installation

A Sal leaf plate manufacturing unit had been installed in a tribal village, Charidanga, under Gopalpur panchayat.  To set up this unit, we have installed a plate making machine and a sewing machine.

It is a remote village, 12.9 Kms. from our Durgapur Campus, consisting of marginalized tribal groups. The group consists of 36 households, each having on an average 4 family members.

The aim of the project is to provide sustainable livelihood to excluded tribes through various farm and non-farm activities, for their integrated development. Enabling the tribal as entrepreneurs through income-generation activities such as sal leaf plate manufacturing unit.

Disaster Relief

When times are tough, it is incumbent on community leaders to help in every way possible.

Donation of 2 oxygen concentrators & 2 Blpap ventilators to Srimadhopur hospital

In distressing times like these when many hospitals are short of essential equipment, Pinnacle took the initiative to donate 2 Oxygen Concentrators and 2 Blpap Ventilators to Srimadhopur Hospital, Rajasthan on 21st May 2021. The hospital didn’t have access to this equipment so the donated equipment will enable them to serve Covid patients better.

Community Support

Working together with diverse communities, we aim to build a safe, healthy, and happy environment for everyone.

Green Initiatives

Our planet is precious, and at Pinnacle Infotech, we believe in the protection and conscious consumption of its resources.

Rainwater Harvesting System at PIS

Pinnacle Infotech Solutions, Durgapur campus has a rainwater harvesting system which collects and stores the rain water rather than allowing it to run off.

Rain water collected from a roof like surface and redirected to a tank, deep pit with percolation so that it seeps down and restores the groundwater and the water table is maintained.
