Bimal Patwari is the 1st generation Entrepreneur and founder of Pinnacle Infotech Solutions – the global leader in providing Engineering and BIM solutions to International Construction Industry, Architects and Engineering firms. He has extensively worked with Architects, Engineering Companies, Consultants and Government agencies in USA, Europe, Australia and Middle East.
Bimal has brought in the vision, strategic outlook and meticulous roadmap of the best BIM practices available in the industry. He has contributed to the innovative use of technology to improve efficiency, provide fast turnaround and reduce costs for the Architectural, Engineering and Construction (AEC) Industry. Bimal is always looking toward developing newer ideas and newer arena where BIM technology-business mix is making a unique mark.
Bimal is an Electronics Engineer from I.I.T. Kharagpur (1987) and has subsequently done Postgraduate Diploma in Management from IIM Lucknow, where he got Director’s Gold Medal for Academic Excellence. He has widely travelled and has spoken at various international conferences like ASHRAE- USA, Universities, Engineering colleges and Global technology forums.
Bimal has received several awards and recognition in the Top IT Innovators category by NASSCOM continuously from 2009 to 2015. He was awarded as the top Exporter & Highest Job creator (IT/ITES) in West Bengal Tier II/III cities in STPI for the year 2012-13 & 2013 -14 and 2014-15. He has also received Deloitte Technology Fast 500 awards in 2014 for 86% growth rate in Technology as per Asia Pacific Ranking and Deloitte Technology Fast 50 India awards in 2015.

Mrs. Sapna Patwari is the 1st generation Entrepreneur and Co-founder of Pinnacle Infotech Solutions. She is the Director of Pinnacle Infotech Solutions and manages the senior core team of HRD and Administration. She is actively involved in the Business Policy initiative, Human resource planning and development.
Sapna has created newer artifacts in People Development Engineering and Management, making HR as strategic partner in developing a strong talent pool. Sapna is now moving HR into a Value based Engineering discipline and Innovative Ethical practice area. She mingles Operation and People Development holistically as it requires in hitting the new age knowledge-based market.
She has been involved with several NGO and charity organizations and professional society like HOPE, Inner – Wheel club. Mrs. Patwari has widely travelled and has attended conferences and exhibitions like IRGA, ASHRAE in USA.

Amanda Comunale is an AEC fabrication, operations, and technology industry leader, and she strengthens our North-American operations by leading the Sales and Relationship Management team. She closely works with teams, customers, and partners to grow North American business and refreshes our North America strategy and goals.
Amanda’s career spans both the private and public sectors, where she has worked as a top senior executive with renowned organizations such as AJC Consulting, GTP Services, Victaulic, and more.
Ms. Comunale has a distinguished history with numerous national and community organizations, including service with the MCAA WebLEM+Plus Taskforce and the Stephen A. Comunale Jr. Family Cancer foundation. She received a B.A. in Political Science from Union College in Albany, New York, and her Executive MBA from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.

Luke Pannell is BIM Coordinator for MEP Projects executed in the UK & Ireland. A dedicated professional, Luke, started his career as Electrical CAD Designer and IT Coordinator and moved on to get more specialized and focused on his segment of the AEC Industry. With C&G Level 3 certification in 2D and 3D Computer Aided Designing, he is also having certifications in Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations, Design Erection and Verification of Electrical Installations (C&G 2391), Project Management and Building Service Engineering in Built Environment.
Having worked as Project Manager and Pre-Construction Manager in various organizations of repute, Luke has handled and capable of dealing in Contract Negotiation, Labour Allocation, Contractor Design Review, Site Audit, Test Witnessing and many such integral segments of a construction project. With demonstrated practical knowledge of various roles within building services & construction industry, including 2D/3D CAD, electrical/lighting design, project and pre-construction management, Luke is also enthusiast in hockey and cycling.

With more than eleven years of experience in mechanical and plumbing trades from design-fabrication-construction, Brandon Moore is methodical and conversant in Client Relationship Management, International Business Development, Contract Management, and New Market Penetration. His strong background has helped him provide recommendations regarding BIM implementation, Risk Mitigation, and Asset Management of clients.
Before joining Pinnacle, Brandon served as a lead BIM coordinator for a large mechanical contractor. He was responsible for managing BIM project teams, Fabrication CADmep database maintenance, and training BIM coordinators in AutoCAD MEP, Fabrication CADmep, Revit MEP, and spooling standards. He has also worked as a Mechanical Designer with an Architectural and Engineering firm.
Brandon is proficient in multiple programs, including Revit, Fabrication CADmep, and Trimble Connect. As a relationship manager at Pinnacle, Brandon is responsible for communicating with the production team and the client, training the production team on typical installation practices for North American construction, and developing lasting relationships with new and existing clients.

Mr. Somesh Gupta has 25+ years of experience in IT Services industry across diverse areas including large-scale transformation, organization change management, delivery excellence, and customer management. He is also a subject matter expert in Blockchain and Crypto-currency.
Before joining Pinnacle as the Chief Growth Officer, he was the Center Head of Infosys’s Jaipur campus. In addition to overseeing the administrative and operational functions, his role included leading organizational change management activities, creation of client-facing teams and knowledge management systems.
He graduated from IIT (BHU) Varanasi with a Bachelor of Technology degree in electrical engineering. Subsequently, he completed his Master of Business Administration (Finance, Strategy, Eco) from IIM Calcutta.
He is an active member of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Rajasthan chapters.

He has worked with several leading engineering consultancy firms with strong reputation in delivering projects across countries like Portugal, Spain, Belgium, Romania, Brasil, Angola, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, UAE, Qatar, in Europe, South America, Africa and Middle East. Hugo has proficiency in various software platforms covering the range of BIM, Visual Media, Management and Planning Applications. He has been previously worked with iTech Consultancy, Aedas, Claud Bosch Architects and others. Hugo has a self-driven personality and joyful team spirit. With 10+ years of experience as a Design Coordinator, Matthew is well-acquainted with all construction phases and aspects. He specializes in building lasting relationships with clients and other stakeholders through excellent communication skills. Prior to joining Pinnacle, he worked for a large construction firm where he was responsible for creating BIM implementation plans, conducting regular client meetings, developing relationships with owners, contractors, and team members, and developing Architectural, Structural, and MEP 3D models.
Matthew is proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, Assemble, Infraworks, Enscape, Navisworks, and Faro SCENE. He has an Associate’s Degree in Engineering Design from George C Wallace State Community College.
Apart from being a volunteer firefighter, Robert likes to spend time repairing Automobile. He takes interest in camping, fishing, skiing as well as ice-hockey.

Sougato Banerjee has over 17 years of experience as BIM project manager in Pinnacle’s global projects. He has managed projects across sectors including Commercial, Residential, Airports, Stadiums, Mixed-use etc.
His technical acumen and insights guide engineering teams at Pinnacle in managing complex construction and design projects globally. His cross disciplinary expertise is frequently leveraged to negate challenges in project delivery.
He is adept at coordinating project lifecycle related activities right from conception, planning to Construction. He plays a key role in quality control management and client negotiations in large scale projects at Pinnacle.

With more than 20 years' experience in the mechanical and plumbing trades Mickey has a wealth of experience in large scale commercial projects. Having held numerous positions in the past including Foreman, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, and Division Manager, he has a unique perspective and ability to address most complex problems as a Relationship Manager.
Prior to joining Pinnacle, Mickey was a Project Coordinator for a large mechanical contractor where he was responsible for managing BIM teams and Fabrication teams for large scale commercial plumbing and HVAC projects. He implemented industry leading processes to increase productivity through modularization and coordinated logistics and deliverables with remote Project Teams across the Southeastern United States.
Thanks to his experience as a Project Manager and Division Manager, Mickey developed a highly successful and methodical approach to Estimating and Budget Management, Risk Assessment and Mitigation, Business Development, Change Order Management, Standardizing BIM and Fabrication Assemblies, Quality Control Methods, and Corporate Safety Programs.
As a relationship manager Mickey pulls from all these experiences to assist our clients in achieving their goals and builds long lasting relationships as a value-added partner. His industry knowledge enables him to mentor our production team in North American construction standards and practices.

Aeron has over 18 years of experience using AutoCAD and Revit and currently working as one of the lead electrical Revit designers at his last company. Over 18 years, he has worked as an electrical designer. Before joining Pinnacle as a relationship manager for the electrical segment, he has worked with various leading names of the electrical design industry and has mainly worked on lighting, power distribution systems, along with (fire alarm, technology, access control) layout and designed in both AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
As a lead electrical designer, Aeron was primarily responsible for setting up MEP Revit models, creating basic electrical family and Revit panel schedule and was in charge of any work with the central model. He assisted engineers in creating power riser, one-line diagram, and details.
Aeron is also proficient in Power systems, Lighting Design, Data, and Security Layout, & Power Distribution. He holds an Associate Degree in Tool Design and has more than ten years of experience in Revit, Electrical Design, AutoCAD, Power systems, Lighting Design, Data and Security Layout, Power Distribution, 277/480V & 120/208V.

Mr. Biswanath Todi specializes in CAD drafting and handles all building documentation and CAD platforms like AutoCAD, MicroStation. His conglomerate approach takes Pinnacle’s CAD solutions to a higher level than what are available in the market. He started his career with Pinnacle, after completing his Engineering in Computers from Nagpur University. Beyond office, Biswanath is a music aficionado and passionate cook at home.

A versatile and performance driven architect, Mr. Vikash Tripathi has over 12 years of experience which includes a 6-year stint with a leading global engineering firm. He has executed projects spanning across sectors in countries including USA, UK, Japan, Indonesia, UAE and Qatar.
He joined Pinnacle in 2015 as a deputy manager. He is currently an Assistant General Manager, responsible for heading a large team of architects and managing client communication.

Subarna has a degree in Accountancy from Burdwan University and MDBA in Marketing from Symbiosis, Pune.
With 15+ years of experience in the construction industry in various roles, SK Kanchan is currently the Chief Estimator at Pinnacle. He has extensive experience as a BIM/VDC Engineer in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Projects. He is proficient in a range of software tools including AutoCAD, Revit, Revit Fabrication, AutoCAD Fabrication, Dynamo, BIM 360 and Navisworks.
Kanchan is well-versed in generating competitive estimates for projects in Architecture, Structure, Concrete, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Protection.
He is adept at conducting client meetings, managing projects and teams and sustaining long term client relationships. He also plays a key role in mentoring teams on the best industry practices.

As a Deputy General Manager at Pinnacle, he oversees the strategy and operations of the concrete segment. He is also deeply involved in strategy formulation for business expansion in the global market.

Jaya Pandey heads the Administrative and Procurement division at Pinnacle. She has extensive experience in facility management, strategic sourcing, process automation, and technology implementation. Her expertise also extends to simplifying existing processes to increase organizational productivity.
Currently a Senior Manager, she has played a pivotal role in ensuring Pinnacle’s ISO 14001-2015 EMS certification and the Gold LEED certification for our Jaipur campus. She has also overseen the installation of a 300 KWH solar power plant in our Durgapur and Jaipur offices.
Jaya holds a degree in Accountancy (with Honours) from Burdwan University and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Sikkim Manipal University.

Sarvesh brings with him a wealth of Knowledge and Wisdom to the Management of Pinnacle Infotech. A disciplined, strategic thinker and a positive attitude team player, Sarvesh is skilled in Multi-Cultural settings and is a highly effective team leader and motivator.
He is an expert at Building Wealth by Leveraging BIM Technology and has participated in major BIM events in USA. Sarvesh started his career as an Assistant Manager in Pinnacle Infotech in 2011. Before joining Pinnacle in 2011, Sarvesh did his Masters (MS) in Construction Management from the University of Southern California (USC), Los Angeles, CA. He is now the BIM specialist of Pinnacle and has participated in various business events like AU (Autodesk University), BIM Forum, World of Concrete, ASHRAE and The Blue Book events in USA.
He has relentless customer focus with rigor in service delivery and is playing a key role in Pinnacle’s business development in USA. He is also member of USGBC (US Green Building Council) and is a LEED GA professional.

As we grow closer to our vision of leading the global AEC industry to certainty and efficiency using technology, Naman brings a rich history of software development and technical acumen to his role as the Head of Automation at Pinnacle Infotech. The Technical Lead at our Research and Development (R&D) team, Naman creates custom tools for Revit, AutoCAD, Tekla, Plant 3D, and other modeling software using tools such as Dynamo, .NET, Forge, Unity, and UnrealEngine.
Naman's interest in construction is fuelled by his belief that this generation will pioneer interplanetary construction and he wants to play his part in building humanity's interstellar future. His experience with all the construction phases, especially prefabrication, and zeal for cutting-edge software solutions allow him to bring a unique perspective to Pinnacle Infotech's service portfolio. He is currently working on expanding our suite of offerings related to Digital Twins for our growing audience of Building Owners. He has also represented us at trade shows and spoken at various events.
He holds a BS/MS in Computer Science from Purdue University and has worked at Amazon, Seattle as a software engineer before shifting his focus to construction. He has also interned at Microsoft, Redmond as a Program Manager and at Bloomberg, New York as a software engineer. He is also a private pilot and takes an interest in Bitcoin and agriculture.

Pankaj Kumar Sao has 15+ years of experience in executing global projects across sectors, ranging from Residential, Commercial, Airport, Hospitals to Mixed-use. He is currently a Deputy General Manager at Pinnacle.
Experienced in heading client services as a BIM Project Manager, he is proficient in implementing CAD Drafting and BIM Modeling for domestic and international firms. He is also adept at organizing and managing client coordination meetings.
Pankaj regularly provides valuable technical and consulting insights to Pinnacle’s engineering teams. As a part of Pinnacle’s training team, he facilitates and coordinates technical training sessions.
He graduated with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Sree Ramkrishna Shilpa Vidyapith. He has also completed a Management Development course from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Debjit has extensive experience of working on numerous global projects that involved project adherence to high sustainability ratings (LEED & GRIHA). He has a Master of Science degree in Building Science from the University of Southern California.

Bhaumik Upadhyay is a licensed Professional Engineer with 6 years of industry experience in multiple industries, including forensic, commercial, and industrial. He focuses on building failure investigation, building restoration, structural analysis and designing, building information modeling, project deliverables, and project and client support. Before joining Pinnacle, Bhaumik worked for a structural engineering firm, responsible for design engineering and management support for projects consisting of multifamily structures, hotels, and parking garages.
Bhaumik is well-versed in building materials, building design codes, structural analysis and design software, and 3D modeling software. He holds a master’s degree in structural engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Gujarat Technological University.

He heads the Center of Excellence (COE) team that is tasked with setting Pinnacle’s process parameters considering every client’s individual standard and project requirements.
Pinaki is a high caliber BIM maestro with over 15 years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Projects from all major sectors.
He is proficient in a range of software tools including AutoCAD, Revit, Revit Fabrication, SysQue, AutoCAD Fabrication, Dynamo, BIM 360 and Navisworks.
Pinaki graduated from Burdwan university and is a qualified Draughtsman in Mechanical Engineering from NCTVT.

Arijit Sen is a Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) professional with 16 years of experience in virtual design and construction. Before joining Pinnacle, Arijit worked at reputed engineering firms as an Electrical design engineer in the areas of Power Distribution, Lighting, Power systems, Data & Security Layout, and Earthing system.
As an Assistant General Manager, he currently leads a team of MEP engineers who execute MEP projects involving documentation, detailing/drafting, and 3D modeling. Due to his proficiency in client communication, he has been deputed for on-site management to several complex projects across sectors in the Middle East and the United Kingdom.

I started studying drafting and design in 2003. Gravitated to Mechanical engineering in 2005 and began working as an HVAC Designer for a Mechanical Engineering firm. Joined the U.S. Army reserves in 2007 as a 74D CBRN(Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear Specialist). While serving in the reserves, I was given an opportunity by a local Houston Sheetmetal fabrication shop to became their primary Sheetmetal Detailer/BIM coordinator and also learn HVAC estimation for fabrication. Over the years my thirst for knowledge and drive has placed myself in amazing positions to elevate my experience by being apart of the design and BIM Coordination efforts for hundreds of Commercial Construction projects. Some of the titles I've have held are Director of CAD Services, Managing HVAC Estimator, HVAC Virtual design Coordinator, BIM Manager, Assistant HVAC Project Manager, HVAC Project Manager, Sheetmetal Production Manager, and Sheetmetal Detailer. And now, I'm excited to be a Client Relationship Manager for one of the largest BIM Service companies in the world!

A constant presence in the Pinnacle Training setup, Arup regularly shares his incisive insights on project management and client communication with new BIM professionals.
He has managed projects from a wide range of sectors in countries like the US, UK, Middle east and India.As a high caliber BIM professional, he has served as onsite visitor and coordinator in Pinnacle’s landmark projects in the middle east and India.
His previous stints include working at GRSE Ltd. Kolkata and Radha Krishna Control as a Mechanical drafter for As fitted drawingsfor ships and Electrical Panels.
Arup has graduated with a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from NCP Kolkata.He has also completed a Management Development course from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Pinaki Rajak is an Autodesk Certified professional with 14 years of operational experience in implementing BIM in projects across all sectors. His rich experience and outstanding technical acumen make him the ideal candidate to head Pinnacle’s global training division, a department that ensures Pinnacle’s workforce remains on top of the ever-changing trends in the global AEC industry.
Pinaki and his team meticulously craft Pinnacle’s training modules to cater to Pinnacle’s growing team of engineers and architects and the evolving needs of the clientele. He ensures that all training programs contain high quality material and expert trainers who are well-versed with the construction Lifecyle as well their niche areas of expertise. He regularly collaborates with the departmental heads and project managers to develop effective training solutions.

As an Assistant General Manager at Pinnacle, he leads a team of MEP engineers in the capacity of a project delivery head.Having honed his skills to the level of a subject expert, he now guides his team with his insights to navigate the challenges in the construction industry.
His expertise includes several domains, including prefabrication, installation drawings, and resolving critical coordination/design concerns.
His favorite pastime activity is to surf through the web and construction magazines to stay on top of the latest construction industry trends.
