Job Description:

A professional with a minimum of 15 years of experience in related fields of Quantification and Costing, in past airport projects in r. Equivalent) in relevant fields of AEC.

In-depth knowledge of costing and measurement, relevant international codes and practices (CESMM, POMI, NRM, etc.).

Experienced in the development of BoQ with quantities extraction of BIM Model and reality capture verifications (laser scanning).

Experienced in the management of facility life cycle of operation and maintenance, and related commercial procedures, using digital application methods and databases (Cost X, SAP, Oracle, Maximo, etc.)

Software proficiency in quantification and costing applications (Cost X, Synchro, SAP, Oracle, Maximo, etc.)

Knowledge of BIM applications (Autodesk suite: Revit, Civil 3D, Infraworks, Navisworks, Recap, AutoCAD, etc)

Knowledge of 4D applications (Synchro, Fuzor, Navisworks, Plexus, etc.), preferably with certification of expertise in Synchro

Quantification/Costing Tools: Cost X (Mandatory), Synchro(Preferred), SAP(Mandatory), Oracle(Mandatory), Maximo(Preferred)

BIM Applications: Revit(mandatory), Civil 3D(mandatory), Infraworks(Preferred), Navisworks(Preferred), Recap(Preferred), AutoCAD(mandatory)

4D Applications: Synchro (preferred), Fuzor(Preferred), Navisworks(Preferred), Plexus(Preferred)

Job Description:

Profile shall be from a Planning / Quantity Surveying technical background, with broad experience and expertise in software applications for 4D and 5D simulations, and project management and programme management software applications. It is valued proficiency in Autodesk applications, namely Navisworks, Synchro, Primavera, MS Projects, and post processing Adobe applications, e.g. After Effects, etc.

To work closely with Planning and Contracts engineering teams and proficiently customize BIM Models and project programme activities to the needs of 4D and 5D simulations. Proactively adds value to the project by learning advanced techniques in related technical fields and industry technology innovations that can facilitate and/or improve quality and information of the 4D5D simulations and deliverables. Broad knowledge of international building standards, building technology and construction. Basic background in Cost analysis and project programming.

Software proficiency: Navisworks, Synchro, Cost X, MS Project, Primavera, Adobe premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel
