Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in quantity Surveyor/ Planning/other relevant related field
Software proficiency: Navisworks, Synchro, Cost X, MS Project, Primavera, Adobe
premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel

Job Responsibilities:

Profile shall be from a Planning /Quantity Surveying technical background, with broad experience and expertise in software applications for 4D and 5D simulations, project management and programme management software applications
Required valued proficiency in Autodesk applications, namely Navisworks, Synchro, Primavera, MS Projects, and post processing Adobe applications, e.g. After Effects, etc.
To work closely with Planning and Contracts engineering teams and proficiently customize BIM Models and project programme activities to the needs of 4D and 5D simulations
Proactively adds value to the project by learning advanced techniques in related technical fields and industry technology innovations that can facilitate and/or improve quality and information of the 4D5D simulations and deliverables
Broad knowledge of international building standards, building technology and construction
Basic background in Cost analysis and project programming

BD Specialist

Basic Qualifications:

8 to 10 years of experience
Bachelor or Masters in Sales or Marketing
Prior sales experience, experience in international sales and/or construction Industry shall be preferred
Technical Experience (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil/ Architectural) will be an advantage
Proactive, ability to work independently and fast learner
Good communication skills in English and Arabic.

Job Responsibilities:

Regular travelling throughout the UAE for meetings clients & prospects
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for not only onboarding of new clients but also to nurture and work with the existing clients and grow the account and to work closely with BD team and tech team in India
Present Pinnacle Infotech to Prospects and clients, explain the client on the process, documentation and understand expectations
Follow-up on emails and meetings to ensure that communication is clear and both sides understand each other
Speak to client regularly and give the feedback to production team and attend kick-off meetings, coordination meetings and weekly review meetings
Managing all the assigned Customer accounts from CRM Tool i.e. Salesforce
Make calls to Customers for new Opportunity
Call the client after proposal submission to make sure that we have met the scope and that there are no questions
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing new business
