業務内容

★設備(機械/電気)の設計/施工BIMコーディネーターをお任せいたします。

 

インドに本社を構える当社は世界中の建築、エンジニアリング、建設業界にBIMを提供する会社です。

BIMの総合サービスを提供し続けて30年以上の実績のある当社が日本法人を立ち上げました。

実績:対応国数は43か国、対応プロジェクト件数は15,000件以上

 

そこでお任せするのは設備BIMコーディネーターのお仕事になります。

具体的には、大手ゼネコンや大手組織設計事務所から案件を受注して

設計/施工段階の打ち合わせを行います。

設計者/施工者はどういったものを形にしたいのか、何が問題になるのか、

コミュニケーションの中で要件や要望を細かくヒアリングします。

 

その後インド本社に抱える日本チームのオペレーターに指示を出し、

チームリーダーとしてお客様との定期的な打ち合わせを重ねます。

その際にお客様やオペレーター、双方から上がってくる質疑応答の対応など

円滑にプロジェクトが進むように間に入っていただきます。

※モデルチェックや品質管理は現地のBIMマネージャーが行いますので

BIMの実務スキルは問いません。

クラウド上(BIM360)での進捗管理などは将来的にお任せする予定です。

 

参考:対応するプロジェクト用途:

空港、製造工場、データセンター、病院、スタジアム、超高層、プラント施設など

大手企業からの受注のため大型案件が多い傾向にあります。

また、BIM納品が必須の海外案件が集中するためグローバルな案件に携わることができます。

 

■社内体制

・日本法人には意匠・構造担当3名、機械設備担当1名、インテリア担当1名、インド籍の育成枠4=計9名体制

・平均年齢30代と若手が多く、風通しの良い環境です。

・インド本社とのやり取りは基本英語になりますが現地に通訳が2名在籍、

通訳を通してのコミュニケーションが可能なので英語が不慣れな方でも問題ありません。

 

■働き方

・残業はほとんどなし、案件の波によって多少発生する見込みですが、

裁量を持ってお仕事ができるため自身での調整が可能です。

・リモートワーク制度あり、入社初期は社内コミュニケーションのためにも

出社での勤務が前提となりますが、将来的には週2日程度の在宅勤務ができます。

※子育てなどの家庭事情等がある場合はご相談ください。柔軟に対応可能です。

・出張はほとんどなし、現場との打ち合わせもオンラインが主流です。

対面での打ち合わせの場合でも首都圏がメインとなるため宿泊を伴うことはありません。

ごく稀にインド本社へ研修が発生する場合はありますが相談ベースとなります。

・休日出勤は現状発生したケースなし、お客様が大手企業なので働き方は整備されています。

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Manager in the US market.  We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil 3D Site Utility Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 years above of professional experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on both dry and wet utility modeling using Autodesk Civil 3D for BIM. This role involves modeling utility systems for all infrastructure and commercial projects, ensuring accurate and efficient project delivery.

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Manager in the US market.  We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil 3D Site Utility Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 years above of professional experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on both dry and wet utility modeling using Autodesk Civil 3D for BIM. This role involves modeling utility systems for all infrastructure and commercial projects, ensuring accurate and efficient project delivery. 

 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Duties: Knowledge of Civil drawings (e.g. Site layout, Grading, Drainage, Utility Plan & Profiles, Earthwork, etc.). 
  • Ability to understand the client’s requirements. 
  • Quality assurance for all the deliverables (3D Models & Shop Drawings). 
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit & Civil 3D. 
  • Knowledge of Navisworks for clash resolving purposes.
