Job Description:

• 5+ years of experience with Esri ArcGIS Suite (Desktop, ArcGIS Pro, Online Apps. and Portal)
• Review or manage BIM/GIS/ Civil 3D deliverables submitted by various contractors in line with DAEP Requirements.
• Extensive knowledge of data creation, conversion & migration from different formats to ArcGIS data model. (Preferably from BIM to GIS)
• Preparing and managing site utilities with correct connectivity role and utility networking.
• Administer all aspects of ArcGIS Server, Portal and Insight, including performance monitoring and tuning, service configuration, security, and licensing.
• Review /manage design and drafting of civil infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, utilities, etc.) using Civil 3D. Developing 3D surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, and grading plans.
• Proven documentation skills with ability to create high-quality and complete GIS & BIM project documents Based on ISO Standards. (19100 Series & 19650)
• Review or manage BIM /GIS Execution plan as per DAEP standards.
• Maintaining quality assurance (QA/QC) for all GIS & BIM deliverables.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D and QGIS.
• Review modelling, clash detection and issue resolution using tools like Revit or Navisworks.
• Proficient in migrating GIS data using FME Tools.
• Develop /manage GIS web application using ArcGIS Enterprise (on-premises environment).
• Lead documentation using Microsoft office software (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

Secondary tasks will include:

1. Able to read and interpret plans and specifications.
2. Maintain accurate records, as per DAEP Standards.
3. Ability to coordinate with team members of other trades.

Software Proficiencies

Job Description:

A professional with a minimum of 15 years of experience in related fields of Quantification and Costing, in past airport projects in r. Equivalent) in relevant fields of AEC.

In-depth knowledge of costing and measurement, relevant international codes and practices (CESMM, POMI, NRM, etc.).

Experienced in the development of BoQ with quantities extraction of BIM Model and reality capture verifications (laser scanning).

Experienced in the management of facility life cycle of operation and maintenance, and related commercial procedures, using digital application methods and databases (Cost X, SAP, Oracle, Maximo, etc.)

Job Description:

Profile shall be from a Planning / Quantity Surveying technical background, with broad experience and expertise in software applications for 4D and 5D simulations, and project management and programme management software applications. 業務内容

★設備（機械/電気）の設計/施工BIMコーディネーターをお任せいたします。

インドに本社を構える当社は世界中の建築、エンジニアリング、建設業界にBIMを提供する会社です。

BIMの総合サービスを提供し続けて30年以上の実績のある当社が日本法人を立ち上げました。

実績：対応国数は43か国、対応プロジェクト件数は15,000件以上

そこでお任せするのは設備BIMコーディネーターのお仕事になります。

具体的には、大手ゼネコンや大手組織設計事務所から案件を受注して

設計/施工段階の打ち合わせを行います。

設計者/施工者はどういったものを形にしたいのか、何が問題になるのか、

コミュニケーションの中で要件や要望を細かくヒアリングします。

その後インド本社に抱える日本チームのオペレーターに指示を出し、

チームリーダーとしてお客様との定期的な打ち合わせを重ねます。

その際にお客様やオペレーター、双方から上がってくる質疑応答の対応など

円滑にプロジェクトが進むように間に入っていただきます。

※モデルチェックや品質管理は現地のBIMマネージャーが行いますので

BIMの実務スキルは問いません。

クラウド上（BIM360）での進捗管理などは将来的にお任せする予定です。

参考：対応するプロジェクト用途：

空港、製造工場、データセンター、病院、スタジアム、超高層、プラント施設など

大手企業からの受注のため大型案件が多い傾向にあります。

■社内体制

・日本法人には意匠・構造担当3名、機械設備担当1名、インテリア担当1名、インド籍の育成枠4＝計9名体制

・平均年齢30代と若手が多く、風通しの良い環境です。

・インド本社とのやり取りは基本英語になりますが現地に通訳が2名在籍、

通訳を通してのコミュニケーションが可能なので英語が不慣れな方でも問題ありません。

■働き方

・残業はほとんどなし、案件の波によって多少発生する見込みですが、

裁量を持ってお仕事ができるため自身での調整が可能です。

・リモートワーク制度あり、入社初期は社内コミュニケーションのためにも

出社での勤務が前提となりますが、将来的には週2日程度の在宅勤務ができます。

※子育てなどの家庭事情等がある場合はご相談ください。柔軟に対応可能です。

・出張はほとんどなし、現場との打ち合わせもオンラインが主流です。

対面での打ち合わせの場合でも首都圏がメインとなるため宿泊を伴うことはありません。

Job Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Manager in the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will work closely with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that expand the company’s market presence and increase profitability. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Strategic Business Development

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector, including general contractors, subcontractors, developers, and engineering firms. 

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives. 

• Analyze market trends and identify potential areas for growth. 

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and projects. 

2. Client Relationship Management
