Job Responsibilities:

• Profile shall be from a Planning /Quantity Surveying technical background, with broad experience and expertise in software applications for 4D and 5D simulations, project management and programme management software applications
• Required valued proficiency in Autodesk applications, namely Navisworks, Synchro, Primavera, MS Projects, and post processing Adobe applications, e.g. After Effects, etc.
• To work closely with Planning and Contracts engineering teams and proficiently customize BIM Models and project programme activities to the needs of 4D and 5D simulations
• Proactively adds value to the project by learning advanced techniques in related technical fields and industry technology innovations that can facilitate and/or improve quality and information of the 4D5D simulations and deliverables
• Broad knowledge of international building standards, building technology and construction
• Basic background in Cost analysis and project programming

• Effort estimation of the project with respect to the scope of work and submit the technical and commercial proposal to the clients
