  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences and professional associations
  • Ensure onboarding of new clients and bridge the gap between client and production team
  • Build relations with clients and monitor upcoming projects and projections
  • Support the production team to understand the client requirements and specifications and execute the projects successfully
  • Maintain a high level of verbal and written communication between customer and production team
  • Demonstrate a sense of pride and adhere to high standards and quality personally and in their work product and services
