Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in at least one US state.
• 5+ years' experience in electrical design, preferably within the AEC industry.
• Familiarity with BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
• Experience applying NEC, IBC, and other relevant codes and standards.
• Experience with data centers, hospitals, or other complex facilities is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical System Design: Lead electrical design for various building types, ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and client specifications. Perform load calculations, short circuit analysis, and other electrical engineering assessments.
• Technological Aptitude: Develop and review electrical models, drawings, and documentation using BIM tools with potential to learn new platforms.
• Project Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to integrate electrical systems into building designs.
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance to US and India Production teams. Stay updated on industry advancements, codes, and best practices.
• Sustainability: Ensure designs meet energy efficiency and sustainability goals.
• QA/QC & Technical Reviews: Reviewing electrical designs for accuracy and constructability. Identify alternatives when necessary.
• Business Development Augmentation: Support Business Development efforts through various activities including representing Pinnacle at industry events, client site visits, participating in media content, networking with target clients within your discipline.

Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in at least one US state.
• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks)
• Experience researching and applying U.S. building codes, NFPA codes, IBC, and local fire safety regulations.
• Experience with data centers, hospitals, or other complex facilities is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fire Protection System Design: Design fire protection systems, including sprinklers, standpipes, fire alarms, and smoke control systems. Perform hydraulic calculations, hazard analyses, and egress modeling.
• Code Compliance: Ensure compliance with NFPA standards, IBC, and other applicable codes and regulations.
• Project Collaboration: Provide technical guidance and support to US and India Production teams throughout the design and construction phases. Review and coordinate fire protection designs with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Site support: Conduct site visits as needed to support design validation and construction administration.
• Business Development Augmentation: Support Business Development efforts through various activities including representing Pinnacle at industry events, client site visits, participating in media content, networking with target clients within your discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regular travelling throughout the UK/ROI for meetings with clients & prospects
• The Relationship Manager will be responsible for not only onboarding of New clients but also to nurture and work with the existing clients and grow the account. To work closely with the presales team in India and UK Regional Head.
• Present Pinnacle Infotech to Prospects and clients, explain the client on the process, documentation and understand expectations.
• Follow-up on emails and meetings to ensure that communication is clear and both sides understand each other. Speak to client regularly and give the feedback to production team with copy to COE. Attend kick-off meetings, coordination meetings and weekly review meetings. Other may be attended depending on availability and importance.
• Managing all the assigned Customer accounts from CRM Tool i.e. Salesforce
• Make calls to Customers for new Opportunity.
• Call the client after proposal submission to make sure that we have met the scope and that there are no questions.
• Follow up to check the proposal status and keep the estimation/BD team informed.
• Need to get cross references, their partners info from other trades
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences and professional associations
• Ensure onboarding of new clients and bridge the gap between client and production team
• Build relations with clients and monitor upcoming projects and projections
• Support the production team to understand the client requirements and specifications and execute the projects successfully
• Maintain a high level of verbal and written communication between customer and production team
• Demonstrate a sense of pride and adhere to high standards and quality personally and in their work product and services
