• Delivery: Working with customers and India teams to deliver BIM Modeling of Electrical systems.

• Specializing in different green building rating systems and compliance, including LEED, ASHRAE PRM 90.1, BREEAM and ESTIDAMA.
• Proven experience across multiple complex building types (commercial, healthcare, high-rise, mixed-use, etc.).

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Mechanical Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale Mechanical (MEP) projects across diverse sectors including Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Institutional, Transportation, and Data Centers. The role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and BIM-driven coordination capabilities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of Mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting) project scope.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, manpower planning, and resource allocation.
• Oversee BIM coordination (LOD 300–500) ensuring clash-free integration across disciplines.
• Conduct and lead multidisciplinary coordination meetings.
• Review and approve shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and builder’s work drawings.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance and adherence to international standards and project specifications.
• Manage client communication, technical submissions, RFIs, and approvals.
• Support quantity take-offs, BOQs, procurement planning, and commercial tracking.

Technical Expertise Required

Job Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand and define architectural preferences and spatial requirements.
• Develop architectural designs from concept through Design Development (DD) and Construction Documentation (CD) phases.
• Lead and support the creation and iteration of design models and drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Recommend design modifications and enhancements for constructability and compliance.
• Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and quality of BIM models across project phases.
• Identify design-stage discrepancies and escalate to BIM Coordinators for resolution.
• Maintain BIM standards, guidelines, and model health.
