It’s an honor to work with Caro Center, Michigan, which has a long and proud history of serving Michigan residents in various capacities since 1914. It has provided care to individuals with epilepsy, developmental disabilities, and mental illness. The Caro Center project is a large building with two floors. We invited the client to the BIM 360 by providing them IDs for the project so that they don’t have to use their IDs. Our scope of work for the project included 3D modeling, coordination, and shop drawings for piping, plumbing, and electrical.

Scope of Work

3D model creation of mechanical piping, plumbing, and electrical
Performed basic coordination and other trade coordination as per the clash report received by the client

Value Added

Resolved 1000+ clashes, including 300+ critical clashes, by resizing and rerouting the services
Participated in meetings every day using NAVIS software and repaired clashes and conflicts, incorporating RFI responses
Provided a complete set of plumbing, mechanical piping, and electrical drawings, including plans, sections, shop drawings, and required details
