Scope Of Work:

The Pinnacle team worked on:

• Concrete 3D model 
• Model Coordination
• Shop Drawing/2D Drawing
• Concrete quantity take-off

Challenges & Solutions:

Challenge 1:

During the planning phase, there were no embedded submittals which led to a lot of unsure assumptions. there was a risk of manpower crisis and potential misinformation on the estimation side as well.

Solution 1:

We raised 13 RFIs and 10 query parameters regarding the drawing mismatches, which assisted the client in evaluating and confirming all the areas in the drawings that required correction. This included deriving close assumptions and identifying the areas that required clarification on various critical points of structural application. With this, we were able to expedite the overall coordination process with regards to the rebar and steel structure of the project.

Pinnacle’s Value Addition:

• We delivered the drawings ahead of the assigned time frame, providing the clients with ample time to review the drawings and note all necessary changes.
• Additionally, we provided the concrete quantity take-off, which aided the clients in their estimating process.
