lSU Spruce Hall

Pinnacle created the 3D Model of LSU Spruce Hall for Pnew residence, located on the Baton Rouge campus of Louisiana State University. It comprises a new & four-story structural steel stud exterior wall system with wood tji floor joists, masonry and portland cement clad building on auger cast concrete piles with prefabricated wood roof trusses and Spanish clay tile shingle roofing. The one-story building encompasses an entry lobby, faculty and staff offices, and the four-story building provides 421 student beds in a 4:1 student to bath ratio as well as classroom and other program spaces. The occupancy classification consists of business spaces (higher education uses) for the west wing of the first level and r-2 residential for the remainder of the building with an attic mechanical space. The entire facility will be provided with an automatic and monitored sprinkler system in accordance with section 903.3.1.
