The LVB and Sahara was an as-built project of a retail shopping center where the client wanted us to provide 3D modeling services as per the Google Maps view. The work included architecture and structural steel frame modeling for the premises and also for site work roads, landscape, ramps, pavements, parking garage, and foot over-bridge. The main objective of the project was to transform the parking garage space into a retail business arena and seamlessly integrate it with the existing complex facility.

Scope of Work:

  • As-Built 3D Model
  • Steel Structure Frame
  • Site work roads, pavements, curbs, parking, landscape, and foot over-bridge

Challenges & Solutions:

Challenge 1:

The LVB and Sahara project needed to have exposure to the integration of architecture within a steel structure.

Solution 1:

We applied our technical proficiency in 3D as-built modeling and structural engineering services and worked on Revit steel structure software to accomplish the project’s blueprint and consequently execute structural modeling.

Challenge 2:

To develop as-built modeling architecture and steel structure putting a cohesive plan for the multi-module site was a sort of a challenge.

Solution 2:

With our expert BIM Services USA, we created a comprehensive plan for the as-built model by assessing the site and defining project objectives. We developed accurate models using tools like Revit or Tekla Structures and designed steel structures within these models, ensuring cohesion and alignment with site requirements for the multi-module project.

Pinnacle’s Value Addition:

Pinnacle provided extensive support by employing their in-house add-ins, which streamlined the creation of as-built steel frame structures. This efficiency not only accelerated the process but also ensured precision, enhancing overall process efficiency and hence significantly adding to the value of the output.
