Pinnacle undertook the 3D Modeling and Coordination work for Mercy West MOB – a real estate health solution comprising five levels. Its purpose is to accommodate a total of 15 tenants in the newly built core and shell area of the building on the Mercy West Hospital campus. We have executed the project in two phases which included offices, exam rooms, x-ray rooms, glass door staircase, patient room, endoscopy, therapy, rehabilitation area, reception, waiting, and conference rooms.

Value Added

Our BIM team raised 20+ RFI’s and queries to identify constructability and operational issues related to missing size and data for equipment submittal, size mismatch between schedule & keynote, background mismatch between plumbing and architectural trades and other conflicting data and input inconsistencies. We updated the BIM model as per the RFI response and logged all RFIs. We resolved 229 clashes for the Core & Shell Areas.
