Pinnacle delivered MEP BIM Modeling Services in Kentucky for the UK Medical Center Pavilion H Behavioral Health Unit renovation in Lexington.
The project involved developing 2D and 3D drawings for an 11,240 sq. ft. healthcare facility. The scope covered plumbing, electrical, mechanical piping, and sheet metal services.
Pinnacle coordinated with CINFAB LLC for the ducting scope and Thomas J. Dyer Company for mechanical piping and plumbing. This coordination helped support seamless project delivery within the scheduled timeline.
Pinnacle developed 2D and 3D drawings for mechanical piping, plumbing, and sheet metal systems.
The team coordinated new services with existing building conditions and identified connection points using point cloud data.
Pinnacle used space management and a dedicated fly zone to accommodate multiple services. Where required, the team resized ducts and modeled existing elements for demolition based on site conditions.
The scope also included coordination reviews with other services and preparation of shop drawings for project delivery.
