Scope of Work:

The work scope covered building elements of footing, foundation wall, SOG, column, floor beam, and PT slab. Our work on 2D rebar shop drawing and BBS used Rebar CAD software version 2021. Nearly 1,00,000 sq ft of area was under the scope of work.

Challenges & Solutions:

Challenges:

We received several changes and updates in work inputs which affected our 3D Rebar Detailing Services submission schedule.

Solution:

With our long-held expertise in providing solutions in the domain and working on BIM for Rebar Contractors at stretch, we approached the solution with a holistic view and made every effort to optimize the workflow and feedback mechanism. To make things move in a smooth and cohesive manner, we engaged a senior detailer to understand the new changes and impacts and incorporated the same in the output file within a stipulated period of time.

Pinnacle’s Value Addition:

The team working on the project provided the bar list as per their compatibility with the fabrication unit. So that it can be directly imported for fabrication without going under any conversion or additional treatment.
