Elevator Pit: Including walls and mat slab.

Walls: Wood walls around stairs, elevator cores, and mechanical room.

Interior Walls (as mentioned): WF footing.

Wall Footing Junction: Made joint by lowering WF footing by -4″ or as required.

Corridor Framing: Maintain existing model group.

Roof Framing: Balcony area uses 2×8 lumber or equivalent framing.

Floor Joist & Sheathing Elevation:

Maintain level with walls as per the previous project:

Columns: Continuous from foundation to roof (UNO).

Roof Truss: Utilize the roof truss family from the sample reference.
