Solutions

• The design was not finalized at the start of the modeling work, prompting Pinnacle to thoroughly review all the documents and identify significant design conflicts and missing information. This proactive approach enabled us to carefully plan the sequence of work and ensure smooth progress.
• Multiple document releases took place due to design changes, leading Pinnacle to proactively create a Document Tracking Excel sheet. This tool allowed them to monitor the latest documents and identify any missing ones, ensuring accurate information was shared with the client for seamless collaboration.
• The construction and modeling coordination work was carried out in parallel. To ensure adherence to the construction schedule, Pinnacle implemented several measures, including:, (a) Maintaining constant communication with the client to provide updates on the work progress and ascertain priorities., (b) Identifying and highlighting issues along with proposed solutions to facilitate resolution (c) Planning and allocating resources effectively to meet any urgent requirements from the site.

• As a result of design changes, several additional scopes emerged in the later stage. Pinnacle diligently tracked each task and provided a detailed report to the client, enabling them to monitor the additional costs effectively.

Pinnacle’s Value Addition

(A) Verified clearances as per NEC standards and modified the panel arrangement to meet the standards.

(B) Checked manufacturer submittal to find the issues that could arise at the site and provided solutions for them.
