This state-of-the-art stadium with an 80,000 seating capacity will become the centrepiece of Lusail City and add a new page to Qatar’s memory. Pinnacle Infotech is proud to be involved in the construction process. Our 80 BIM professionals worked on the project from July to August 2017. It was a stadium project, including very challenging steel, concrete, and precast configuration. By delivering an accurate BIM model, our internal team ensured a flawless visualization of constructability and helped the client avoid major project setbacks.

Pinnacle used Revit™ with BIM interoperability tools and in-house automation add-ins to generate unique IDs for all 220,000+ Assets in our LOD 500 intelligent model.

Our Engineers validated the initial design and saved remarkable costs in the Lusail Stadium Project. In addition, scaffolding, tower cranes, movable cranes, and other rented equipment could create a major financial burden for the subcontractor due to the costs involved. Pinnacle effectively employed Revit to assist the client in controlling project costs.
We achieved our desired outcome by utilizing exact construction progress monitoring, performing constructability analysis, and ordering materials before construction.
While providing the BIM solutions on this iconic project, Pinnacle Infotech used PiVDC tools to update parameter values of multiple elements, divide elements into smaller parts, join or offset factors at different elevations, manage gaps between pipes or ducts, create section boxes, place multiple hangers automatically, and map properties of one Revit element to another. These tools have significantly improved the efficiency and accuracy of the Lusail Stadium, reducing the time required for modeling and increasing the quality of the final product.
