Experience: 2 – 10 Years in PT detailing.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Post-Tension (PT) Detailer with experience in preparing detailed drawings and models for post-tensioned concrete structures. The candidate will work closely with structural engineers, BIM teams, and project managers to deliver accurate PT layouts, tendon profiles, and construction detailing as per project requirements and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare Post-Tension (PT) shop drawings and detailing for slabs, beams, and structural elements.
  • Develop PT tendon layouts, profiles, stressing details, anchorage zones, and edge reinforcement details.
  • Interpret structural design drawings and engineering inputs to create accurate PT detailing.
  • Coordinate with structural, rebar, and BIM teams to resolve design clashes and detailing issues.
  • Produce detailed construction drawings, sections, and schedules for PT systems.
  • Ensure drawings comply with project standards, codes, and client specifications.
  • Review and update drawings based on engineer comments and project revisions.
  • Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of post-tension systems and PT detailing practices.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Good understanding of reinforced concrete drawings and structural detailing.
  • Experience coordinating with engineering and BIM teams.

Added Advantage

  • Experience with post-tension detailing software.
  • Knowledge of Revit / BIM workflows will be an added advantage.
  • Exposure to international projects (US / Middle East / Europe) will be beneficial.
